The venue is the ideal choice for any occasion! We have hosted birthday parties, engagements, weddings, informal parties (you don’t always need a reason to get everyone together for a drink), corporate awards with drink & canape receptions, anniversaries, graduation parties and society & student socials! You name it, we can accommodate it for you.

For larger events and depending on your requirements we can offer full venue hire for up to 800 guests, or just one of the rooms. We have a capacity of 450 in our main club upstairs and up to 350 in our downstairs Lolas X Viper Rooms.

Our downstairs area – Lolas X Viper is a private self contained room with a fully stocked bar, VIP booths, dance floor, smoking area, cloakroom, toilets, selfie spots & DJ booth with a capacity of 350 people, although the room works well for groups of 50 upwards.

We do NOT charge room hire or any fees for the room – how it works is that we would require a deposit and minimum spend (spend depends on the day & timings requested) the deposit can be used as a bar tab which goes towards your minimum spend or alternatively once the min spend has been reached on the bar the deposit can be refunded to you.

We have space available for hire ANY night of the week contact us for availability and options.

Smaller intimate requests! Unlike many other venues, with larger groups you can have exclusive use of the room for your party, or for less than 40 guest’s you can hire a smaller area for your guests exclusively that can include seating, waitress Service and VIP Treatment.

Christmas! The Viper Rooms will become one of the finest Christmas venues in Sheffield over the festive period. Organising Christmas parties and xmas office parties can be a stressful ordeal, so let us do the hard work. With specialised drinks packages, free Prosecco reception for Christmas parties over 10 people and after party passes available, the Viper Rooms in Sheffield is the venue to choose this Christmas.
